Privacy Policy

This policy covers Slab Relief and any other on-demand tool operated by Magnitude Intelligence at this and related domains. Magnitude Intelligence's tools work the same way: you provide an input, configure your output, and pay a one-time fee for that specific task — there's no account, membership, or subscription involved, so this policy is written around single, standalone transactions rather than an ongoing account relationship.

Who we are

Magnitude Intelligence, a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (Firm PAN ACHFM5706C), with its registered office at 207, Supreme HQ, Mumbai Bangalore Highway, Pune – 411005, Maharashtra, India.

What we collect

The file you upload. Used only to generate the output you're paying for. It's processed in memory to build your file and is not written to permanent storage on our servers.
The settings you choose — dimensions, quality, and similar configuration for your specific output.
Your name and email, if you provide them, to put on your receipt and to reach you about that order.
Payment confirmation only. Card, UPI, and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor, Razorpay — we never see or store them. We receive back a payment ID, order ID, and status.
Basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) collected automatically by our hosting providers for security and abuse prevention.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use anything you upload to train models, for marketing, or for any purpose beyond generating the output you paid for, and we don't share it with anyone outside the processors listed below.

How long we keep it

Your uploaded image — never stored; it exists only for the seconds it takes to build your file.

Your generated output file — kept in private cloud storage for 30 days so you can re-download it, then permanently deleted by an automated daily job.

Order records (amount, receipt/invoice number, name, email, payment ID) — kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep financial records, independent of the 30-day file window above.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited) — processes your payment. See Razorpay's privacy policy.
Supabase — hosts our database and the private storage bucket your generated file sits in until download or deletion.
Vercel — hosts this website and runs the code that generates your file.

None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes; they process it only to provide the service we've asked them for.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to support@magnitudeintelligence.ai. Order metadata we're required to retain for tax/accounting purposes can't be deleted early, but we'll remove everything else on request.

Security

Everything is transmitted over HTTPS. Generated files sit in a private storage bucket reachable only via a short-lived signed link issued after payment is verified — nothing is publicly listable. Payment details never reach our servers at all; that's handled entirely inside Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant systems.

Who this is for

Our tools are meant for people old enough to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our tools evolve. The date at the top will always reflect the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
