These terms govern your use of Slab Relief and any other on-demand tool operated by Magnitude Intelligence at this and related domains. By paying for and receiving a file through one of these tools, you agree to them.

How this works

Magnitude Intelligence operates a set of independent, single-purpose tools. Each one follows the same pattern: you provide your input, configure your output, and preview it for free. When you're ready, you pay a one-time, fixed fee for that specific task — there is no subscription, membership, or recurring charge. Once payment is confirmed, your file is generated and made available to download immediately.

Who can use this

You must be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to make a purchase — generally 18 or older, or purchasing with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

No accounts, no subscriptions

There's nothing to sign up for. Each purchase stands on its own; your payment confirmation email and payment ID are your record of the transaction. We don't store a running account or charge you again without a fresh, explicit checkout each time.

Pricing and payment

The price shown on screen at the time you pay is the price you're charged, in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; by completing checkout you authorize that specific, one-time charge. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.

Your content, your output

You keep all rights to whatever you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload it and to use it to generate an output — please don't upload images you don't have permission to use.
The file we generate for you is yours to use however you like. We don't claim ownership over it.
Files are provided as-is for use with your own 3D printer, CNC machine, or fabrication process. We don't guarantee compatibility with every slicer or printer, or the outcome of physically printing or carving the file — that depends on your equipment and materials, not on us.

Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; don't try to bypass or abuse the payment step; don't use automated tools to scrape or overload the service. We can refuse or stop providing a tool to anyone who does.

Refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy — because each file is generated specifically from your own input the moment you pay, refunds are limited to cases where something actually went wrong on our end.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including anything arising from how you use the generated file afterward.

Changes

We may update these terms as our tools evolve. The date at the top reflects the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
